We woke in the middle of the night yesterday to a powerful storm blowing through. Lots of rain. Lots of lightning and thunder. And when morning came, the air was so clear and light. The temperature was down to 63 degrees. That's the coolest we've experienced since arriving, and it felt SO nice.
What a nice day to take some pictures of our view from our patio.
Wow, the landscape is very pretty! (I'm a little jealous about the weather, too--we were supposed to have a weekend with highs of 95, but now it's back up to 102 and no rain)

ReplyDeleteAs it's getting cooler, we're all realizing that we only brought really light jackets. Elley and I only brought sweatshirts which you can't wear to school because of the dress code. Please shipment, get her soon!!!
