A neighbor, over the past couple of weeks has been piling all his "driveway" snow in one pile, and then he dug a cave. With each new snowfall, the pile has grown, and so has the cave. Having snow isn't all bad.
Do you think he's slept in it? Do you remember the snow cave that Brian and Craig Rogers built in their backyard? That thing must have been 8 ft high, and the cave part was tall enough to stand, though hunched over. I think they slept in it one night. That is something fun about snow.
I love the tunnel! It does make me wonder how much longer it will last than all the other snow, when we're all rooting for the snow to be gone. (In his prayers every time this week Connor has asked for the snow to stop.) We want snowmelt! It would be fun to watch how the tunnel melts this spring.
